Riley's Turn to Dance in the Rain

Back in El Paso, while Riley was sleeping, Eli got to dance in the rain.  I blogged about it in  Pouring Rain. Riley woke up and saw the pictures and she was jealous.  Finally, she got a chance to dance in the rain and I captured it and blogged it.  It wasn't as heavy as El Paso rain, but if it was, she might not have danced in it. 

First Day of School

Eli has started the first grade at the school I used to attend.  I am not going to lie, that is a little weird.  However, because we are living at my parent's house due to the fact that we haven't found a place yet, we enrolled him at the local school.  I admit, it was more stressful for me than for him.  His teacher is Miss Leveille and she is wonderful.  He has thrived in the classroom and when he had a sick day, he got stir-crazy. 

Bounce House

Grandma and Grandpa rented a bounce house for a day for the kids to play.  It was loads of fun.  The kids loved it for obvious reasons, but the adults loved it because we enjoyed some peace and quiet. 

Riley's Help

Mommy has been on a cleaning spree in Grandma's house.  Riley has noticed and decided to help.  Lucky Grandma!

Dress her up

Eli and Riley love to dress up Morgan.  I don't think she minds it either.  She loves attention. 

Sunday Nap

We are now part of the hall class in church.  Our baby is making noises during Sunday School and Relief Society and she won't take a nap during the lesson.  Therefore, a long day Sunday deserves a nap!

Fireworks!

So we drove out to see some 4th of July fireworks.  By the time we got to a place we could even park, this is what happened.  Oh well, maybe we'll see some on the 24th.

Update: we did get to see some on the 24th of July and it was awesome. We just stood in the back yard and several neighbors all around blasted several off and we were in the middle of it all.
